The KCUE Secretariat is headed by the Secretary-General and executes programs and initiatives as directed by the General Assembly and Board of Trustees. Execution is accomplished through the Office of Management & Planning, Office of Admissions Support, Institute of University Information Standardization, Research Institute on Higher Education, and Korean University Accreditation Institute and their various teams as illustrated in the organization chart below.
