Dr Kim Young-Shik, Secretary-General of KCUE, participated in the International Conference organized by Institutional Management in Higher Education (IMHE), an affiliated organization of OECD.

The conference was held in the city of Valencia in Spain from 19th to 21st of September,2007.

With the title of “globally competitive, locally engaged higher education and regions”, university-education-related policy makers, professors, and researchers from nations gathered to present case-studies of each country and to discuss the role of universities for the social/cultural/economic development of different regions.
