KCUE opened the website for University-level Program (UP). 

 Similar to AP (Advanced Placement) in USA, GCE (General Certificate Education) A-Level in UK, or IB (International Baccalaureate) in Europe, UP is a system for outperforming high school students to take university level courses and its results would be recognized as credits when the student entered a university.

 Introduced in the newly-opened website are the administrative process of the program and the service provided by KCUE such as issuing the course-completion certificates.
