On 2008 February 18, UP (University-level Program) meeting was held in the meeting room of KCUE.

 The participants of this meeting were related staffs from MEST (Ministry of Education Science and Technology), a staff of Record and Registration team from Korea Univ., a professor from KAIST, and some staffs from KCUE. Prof. Park Sun Mi reported the result of the research regarding UP, 'an analysis on the management of UP and the research on its improvement' and then participants discussed further improvement plan for UP information system and webpage.
