'University Education, vol. 152' (March/April), a bimonthly magazine issued by KCUE, was published on March 3, 2008.

 The feature of this edition covered 'autonomy and responsibility of universities'. For this feature, KCUE held a round table talk whose participants were staffs from academic affairs department, planning department, admission department, and users of university education.

 In the 'Our Changing Universities' session, the Mecca of technology leader in Korea, "Korea University of Technology and Education" is introduced.

 The <Theme Topic> session deals with proposals for IT-specialized universities, model cases of operating "university open-information system" in Kyungpook National University, inducements of foreign universities into major countries.
