On May 26th at the KCUE Academy, an employee education program, Dion Burns, an education councilor at the embassy of New Zealand in Seoul, visited the KCUE and gave a presentation on New Zealand’s higher educational system. He dealt with a range of themes from policy and funding to qualifications frameworks and quality assurance. During the question and answer session, the role of the New Zealand Vice-Chancellors’ Committee (NZVCC) and differences on quality assurance between South Korea and New Zealand were discussed.
