The Korean Council for University Education (KCUE) held the International University Presidents’ Forum under the theme itledthe themeiversity Pres’ Education Competitiveness" on November 20 in the LG Convention Hall at Ewah Womans University in Seoul. The guest speakers and presenters were President Horst Hippler from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), Principal/Director Paul Webley from School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, Dr. Barbara Ischinger from the OECD Directorate for Education, President Lap-Chee Tsui from the University of Hong Kong and Rector Ana Ripoll from the Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona. They discussed higher education issues with domestic university presidents.
