The Korean University Council for Social Service (KUCSS) held its annual general session on April 11th at Hanyang University’s Paeknam Library & Academic Information Center. KUCSS Chairman Kim Sŏngsu and 121 university officials attended the session.

Reports were given on performance, the settling of accounts, and audit findings for 2007, and project plans and budgetary proposals for 2008 were reviewed.

In addition, Song Wanho of the Ministry of Education, Technology, and Science gave a briefing on the government’s goal of training 100,000 international leaders in five years. The next general session was planned for mid-January 2009.
