On April 29th, the Korean Council for University Education (President Shon Byung Doo, KCUE) made an agreement to cooperate for educational development with the Korean Federation of Teachers' Association at president's room in Sogang Univ.

KCUE's President Sohn Byung Doo decided to establish a communication channel between high schools and universities in preparation for KCUE's direct management of university entrance business and also to cope with various educational issues.
